The Builders Association of the Twin Cities will open over 400 new homes and over 60 remodeled homes in this Spring’s Parade of Homes℠ and Remodelers Showcase® events. In its 67th year, the new home tour runs February 28–March 29th, and in its 27th year, the Remodelers Showcase will be open March 27-29th. The builders and remodelers participating in the tour welcome area families to this, their most comprehensive shopping opportunity for finding a new home, builder or remodeler to serve their housing needs. This is also the best place for area families to see the latest trends in home design. A full press kit will follow.

All the homes will also be searchable online at ParadeofHomes.org with an exclusive TripPlanner to help route a map between homes. The site is mobile friendly at m.ParadeofHomes.org. The Spring homes will go live on February 13th as well.
All the homes are free to tour with the exception of three Dream Homes and one Dream Remodeled Home, where a $5.00 entry fee will be charged to benefit the BATC Foundation.
236 Parade Homes will be featured on the Green Path Energy Tour in partnership with Xcel Energy—each home will have undergone independent energy testing and received a MN Green Path Home Performance Report (HPR) that provides easy to understand and compare information (like a new car’s Miles Per Gallon Sticker).
