The Twin Cities’ premiere high-end home event, the Artisan Home Tour, is set to open for its fall event on Oct. 6. This fall, the tour features 14 incredible new homes open from 12-6 p.m. Fridays – Sundays Oct.6-22. Plus, six artisan-quality remodeled homes will be open the final weekend, Oct. 20-22.

The Artisan Home Tour showcases homes that have each been designed and constructed with the highest level of architectural integrity, top-quality craftsmanship and exceptionally high-level finishes. These multi-million-dollar homes from the region’s most exclusive homebuilders and remodelers also feature today’s most popular designs, materials, accessories and colors.

Tickets

An all-access ticket or a single-visit ticket is required for entry into the homes. All-access tickets can be purchased at area Bachman’s at a discounted rate of $25. They can also be purchased online at ArtisanHomeTour.org or in the Artisan Home Tour app for $30, or at the door of any home on the tour for $35. Discount codes are also available at all area Holiday Stationstores for redemption online or at any Artisan home. For those interested in just visiting one or two homes, single-visit tickets are available for $5 at the door and online. Visitors are encouraged to purchase tickets ahead of time.

Partial proceeds from the Artisan Home Tour help to support the work of the Housing First Minnesota Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization composed of Housing First Minnesota members and supporters who contribute their time, materials and expertise to help the Foundation build and remodel safe housing for Minnesota’s homeless, veterans and others in need. Recent projects include an apartment renovation for women going through addiction recovery and new homes designated as housing for veterans in need.

Details, Photos, Maps

All the homes on tour are featured online at ArtisanHomeTour.org, in the Artisan Home Tour mobile app and in the comprehensive Artisan Home Tour guidebook.

Nearly 100,000 Artisan Home Tour guidebooks are polybagged with Artful Living magazine, direct mailed to high-end households in the Twin Cities region, available to be picked up at Bachman’s, Kowalski’s Market, and other community shops, and are available at the homes during the tour. A digital version is available online at ArtisanHomeTour.org.

Downloading the Artisan Home Tour app provides complete tour information on your phone. In addition to providing an easy-to-use online ticketing application, the mobile app allows visitors to view home photos as they become available, map out their tour route and rate and comment on the homes they tour.

Homes Across the Metro

The majority of the homes are concentrated in the western suburbs, but homes are found all across the metro area, from Medina to Hudson, Wisconsin. New homes are located in Edina (2), Hudson (1), Medina (1), Minnetonka (1), Minnetonka Beach (1), North Oaks (1), Orono (3), Prior Lake (1), St. Paul (1) Stillwater (1) and Wayzata (1).

Remodeled homes are located in Deephaven (1), Edina (1), Minneapolis (1), Minnetonka Beach (1), St. Paul (1) and Woodbury (1). These six homes are open the last weekend of the tour.

A Variety of Styles

From timeless elegance to modern prairie style and everything in between, Artisan homes run the entire gamut of styles. Designed to make life comfortable and gracious, Artisan homes include details and features that assure each family’s lifestyle is at center stage. High-end kitchens showcase top-of-the-line appliances and unique custom finishes. The latest technology is a core feature in many of the homes, and indoor-to-outdoor transitions are thoughtfully planned with features like screen porches, terraces, outdoor kitchens, pools and more.

Produced by Housing First Minnesota

As with all Parade of Homes events, every home on the tour has been built by a member of Housing First Minnesota. Each member must sign a code of ethics and has access to valuable resources and information to support their business.

Look Book Coming

During the tour, all the Artisan homes will be professionally photographed by Landmark Photography. Photos will be included in an Artisan Home Tour Look Book published this winter alongside the homes that were featured on the 2023 Summer Artisan Home Tour.
