Summer Tour Features 19 Amazing New Homes and Four Remodeled Homes
The Twin Cities’ premiere high-end home event, the Artisan Home Tour, is set to open for its summer event on June 7. This summer, the tour features 19 incredible new homes open from 12-6 p.m. Fridays – Sundays June 7-23. Four artisan-quality remodeled homes will be open the final weekend, June 21-23.
The Artisan Home Tour showcases homes that have each been designed and constructed with the highest level of architectural integrity, top-quality craftsmanship and exceptionally high-level finishes. These multi-million-dollar homes from the region’s most exclusive homebuilders and remodelers also feature today’s most popular designs, materials, accessories and colors.
Tickets
An all-access ticket or a single-visit ticket is required for entry into the homes.
All-access tickets can be purchased at area Bachman’s at a discounted rate of $25. They can also be purchased online at ArtisanHomeTour.org or in the Artisan Home Tour app for $30, or at the door of any home on the tour for $35.
Single-visit tickets are available for $5 at the door and online. Visitors are encouraged to purchase tickets ahead of time.
Partial proceeds from the Artisan Home Tour help to support the work of the Housing First Minnesota Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization composed of Housing First Minnesota members and supporters who contribute their time, materials and expertise to help the Foundation build and remodel safe housing for Minnesota’s homeless, veterans and others in need. Recent projects include an apartment renovation for women going through addiction recovery and new homes designated as housing for veterans in need.
Details, Photos, Maps
All the homes on tour are featured online at ArtisanHomeTour.org, in the Artisan Home Tour mobile app and in the comprehensive Artisan Home Tour guidebook.
Nearly 50,000 Artisan Home Tour guidebooks are polybagged with Mpls.St.Paul Magazine and directly mailed to high-end households in the Twin Cities region. They are also available to be picked up at Galleria, Bachman’s, Kowalski’s Market and other community spots, and are available at the homes during the tour. A digital version is available online at ArtisanHomeTour.org.
Downloading the Artisan Home Tour app provides complete tour information on your phone. In addition to providing an easy-to-use online ticketing application, the mobile app allows visitors to view home photos as they become available, map out their tour route and rate and comment on the homes they tour.

New homes are located in Edina (4), Wayzata (3), Orono (2), Prior Lake (2), Afton (1), Deephaven (1), Houlton, WI (1), Independence (1), Medina (1), Minneapolis (1), Minnetrista (1) and Woodbury (1).

A Variety of Styles
From dramatic, contemporary estates to modern Mediterranean styles and everything in between, Artisan homes run the entire gamut of designs. Aimed to make life comfortable and gracious, Artisan homes include thoughtful floorplans with details to keep functionality top-of-mind and ensure each family’s lifestyle is at center stage. High-end kitchens showcase first-class appliances and unique custom finishes. Space for entertainment is a growing trend in many Artisan homes, with features like home bars, media rooms, golf simulators, and stunning outdoor spaces.
Produced by Housing First Minnesota
As with all Parade of Homes events, every home on the tour has been built by a member of Housing First Minnesota. Each member must sign a code of ethics and have access to valuable resources and information to support their business.
