Reuse, Recycle and Renew Outlet Store Grand Opening September 28th
The charitable arm of the Builders Association of the Twin Cities (BATC) has opened a new retail store. Dubbed the reHouse, the outlet store sells new and gently used building materials, display model home furniture and accessories, and other items donated by the members of BATC. The store is located in a warehouse in Golden Valley, and open limited hours and by appointment.
The public is invited to attend the reHouse Grand Opening:
When: Saturday September 28 • 9:00 am to 2:00 pm
Where: 5905 Golden Valley Road, Golden Valley, MN 55422
The reHouse physical space and staffing is being donated by BATC member Bell Mortgage as part of their commitment to giving back to the community.
The reHouse is open on an occasional basis. Check reHouseMN.org for dates and hours.
Items for sale include: hardwood cabinets; granite countertops; windows and doors; a dishwasher; water purification system; pallet of bricks; workroom cabinets; a ceiling fan snf lighting fixtures.
About BATC Foundation: The charitable arm of the Builders Association of the Twin Cities, was founded in 1995 as a vehicle to help families who otherwise might not have the opportunity to live in a safe and affordable home. The Foundation taps the talents and resources of the Association’s member builders, remodelers, suppliers and others in order to support our communities. Often working in partnership with other like-minded organizations, the Foundation builds homes, remodels and repairs homes for families in need. Our current project involves remodeling a home for a Vietnam Vet who has been diagnosed with ALS to make it accessible.
