ROSEVILLE, MINN. (September 2020) — The seventh annual Artisan Home Tour is presented by Housing First Minnesota. The 2020 tour offers 22 high-end homes to tour Oct. 9-25. Fourteen new homes are open all three weekends, and eight remodeled homes are open the final weekend.

  • The Artisan Home Tour by Parade of Homes is presented by Housing First Minnesota. A natural extension of the Parade of Homes brand, the Artisan Home Tour was launched in 2014 and allows high-end builders and remodelers a chance to show their most exceptional homes to the public.
  • The tour runs Oct. 9-25, with 14 high-end new homes open to the public on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 11 a.m.-5 p.m. all three weekends.
  • Additionally, eight high-end remodeled homes are on the Artisan Home Tour and will open the final weekend of the tour, Oct. 23-25 from 11 a.m.-5 p.m.
  • COVID-19 safety precautions will be taken at each home to ensure the experience is safe for all.
  • TourTickets offer entry into all of the new and remodeled homes, and can be purchased in several ways. Tour Tickets can be purchased online at ArtisanHomeTour.org or in the Artisan Home Tour app for $25 now or for $30 at the door of any Artisan home during the tour. Discounted tickets are available at local Bachman’s stores for $20 starting Sept. 21, or discount coupons are available at Holiday Stationstores starting Sept. 21 and are redeemable online or at the door. Single tickets to visit one home are also available at the door for $5.
  • The Artisan Home Tour helps to support the work of the Housing First Minnesota Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization composed of Housing First Minnesota members and supporters who contribute their time, materials and expertise to help the Foundation build and remodel safe housing for Minnesota’s homeless, veterans and others in need.
  • Information about all the homes and builders can be found online at ArtisanHomeTour.org and in a comprehensive guidebook that will be available at Bachman’s, included with the fall issue of Artful Living magazine, available at each of the Artisan Homes and available online as an e-magazine.
  • The Artisan Home Tour app can be downloaded free for iPhone and Android devices. It includes searchable information about each of the homes with comments, photos and a map section. The app also allows visitors to use their smartphones as their ticket.
  • A Look Book of professional architectural photos of all the homes will be available this winter and is included with the winter issue of Artful Living magazine and available online at ArtisanHomeTour.org.
