Our builders have implemented a series of safety precautions to keep visitors safe. All visitors must follow new safety requirements and are encouraged to review the updated safety guidelines at ParadeofHomes.org.
  • A free, comprehensive guidebook provides complete information about the tour, including maps, descriptions and images of all the homes, and will be available at area Holiday Stationstores beginning on Aug. 31, 2020.
  • A comprehensive companion website offers a variety of search filters plus additional information about each builder at ParadeofHomes.org. Online visitors can use the Tour Planner to map routes between selected homes and save and share homes of interest with family and friends.
  • A new Parade of Homes app allows visitors to save favorite homes, map routes seamlessly, track home features in the Idea Book, and search builders and remodelers. The app is available under Parade of Homes Minnesota in both the App Store and Google Play store.
  • Editorial in the guidebook includes stories on homebuilding, home design, a calendar for special Parade of Homes events, award-winning homes and more.
  • There are more than 300 homes on this fall’s tour that were tested by an independent energy rater and have been assigned a HERS (Home Energy Rating System) rating. These homes can show visitors a Green Path Home Performance Report (HPR) that graphically explains the home’s energy test results and allow homebuyers to compare expected energy use between homes.
