ROSEVILLE, MINN. (May 2021) — The eighth annual Artisan Home Tour is presented by Housing First Minnesota. The 2021 tour offers 30 high-end homes to tour June 11-27. Twenty-two new homes are open three weekends, and eight remodeled homes are open the final weekend.
- The Artisan Home Tour by Parade of Homes is presented by Housing First Minnesota. A natural extension of the Parade of Homes brand, the Artisan Home Tour was launched in 2014 and allows high-end builders and remodelers a chance to show their most exceptional homes to the public.
- The tour runs June 11-27, with 22 high-end new homes open to the public on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 12-6 p.m. all three weekends.
- Additionally, eight high-end remodeled homes are on the Artisan Home Tour this summer and will open the final weekend of the tour, June 25-27 from 12-6 p.m.
- COVID-19 safety precautions will be taken at each home to ensure the experience is safe for all.
- Tour Tickets offer entry into all of the new and remodeled homes. Tour Tickets can be purchased online at ArtisanHomeTour.org or in the Artisan Home Tour app for $25 now or at the door of any Artisan home during the tour for $30. Discounted tickets are available at local Bachman’s stores for $20 starting May 24, or discount coupons are available at Holiday Stationstores starting May 24 and are redeemable online or at the door. Single tickets to visit one home are also available at the door and online for $5.
- The Artisan Home Tour helps to support the work of the Housing First Minnesota Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization composed of Housing First Minnesota members and supporters who contribute their time, materials and expertise to help the Foundation build and remodel safe housing for Minnesota’s homeless, veterans and others in need.
- Information about all the homes and builders can be found online at ArtisanHomeTour.org and in a comprehensive guidebook which will be available starting May 24 at Bachman’s, at Kowalski’s, at each of the Artisan homes and online as an e-magazine.
- The Artisan Home Tour app can be downloaded free for iPhone and Android devices. It includes searchable information about each of the homes with comments, photos and a map section. The app also allows visitors to use their smartphones as their ticket.
- A Look Book of professional architectural photos of all the homes will be available this fall.
