The 10th anniversary of the Artisan Home Tour is presented by Housing First Minnesota. The 2023 summer tour offers 23 high-end homes to tour June 9-25. Sixteen new homes are open three weekends, and seven remodeled homes are open the final weekend.
- The Artisan Home Tour by Parade of Homes is presented by Housing First Minnesota. A natural extension of the Parade of Homes brand, the Artisan Home Tour was launched in 2014 and allows high-end builders and remodelers a chance to show their most exceptional homes to the public.
- The tour runs June 9-25, with 16 high-end new homes open to the public on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 12-6 p.m. all three weekends.
- Additionally, seven high-end remodeled homes are on the Artisan Home Tour this summer and will open the final weekend of the tour, June 23-25 from 12-6 p.m.
- An all-access ticket offers entry into all the new and remodeled homes, plus one home twice. All-access tickets can be purchased online at ArtisanHomeTour.org or in the Artisan Home Tour app for $30 now or at the door of any Artisan home during the tour for $35. Discounted tickets are available at local Bachman’s stores for $25 starting May 23, or discount coupons are available at Holiday Stationstores starting May 23 and are redeemable online or at the door. Single-visit tickets to tour one home are also available at the door and online for $5.
- Partial proceeds from the Artisan Home Tour help to support the work of the Housing First Minnesota Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization composed of Housing First Minnesota members and supporters who contribute their time, materials and expertise to help the Foundation build and remodel safe housing for Minnesota’s homeless, veterans and others in need.
- Information about all the homes and builders can be found online at ArtisanHomeTour.org and in a comprehensive guidebook which will be available at Bachman’s, Kowalski’s, at each of the Artisan homes and online as an e-magazine.
- The Artisan Home Tour app can be downloaded free for iPhone and Android devices. It includes searchable information about each of the homes with comments, photos and a map section. The app also allows visitors to use their smartphones as their ticket.
- A Look Book of professional architectural photos of all the homes on the summer and fall tours will be available this winter.
