• The Artisan Home Tour by Parade of Homes is presented by the Builders Association of the Twin Cities (BATC). A natural extension of the Parade of Homes brand, the Artisan Home Tour was launched in 2014, and allows high-end builders and now remodelers a chance to show their most exceptional homes to the public.

• The tour runs June 5th through the 21st, with 18 high-end new homes open to the public on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 1:00 to 7:00 pm all three weekends.

• Additionally, four high-end remodeled homes are on the Artisan Home Tour this summer, and will open the final weekend, June 19-20-21st during the same hours (1:00 to 7:00 pm).

• TourTickets offer entry into all of the new and remodeled homes, and can be purchased in several ways. Discounted tickets are available at local Bachman’s and Patina Stores for $20; TourTickets can be purchased online at ArtisanHomeTour.org for $25; or for $30 at the door of any Artisan home during the tour. Single tickets to visit a specific home are also available at the door for $5.

• Proceeds from ticket sales ($10.00 of TourTickets and $2.00 of single home tickets) are donated to the BATC Foundation to help their work building and remodeling homes for area families in need.

• Information about all the homes and builders can be found online at ArtisanHomeTour.org, and in a comprehensive guidebook which will be available at the homes, at Bachman’s and Patina stores, or in flip-book form online.

• The Parade Craze app can be downloaded free for iPhone and Android devices, and includes
searchable information about each of the homes with comments, photos and map section. The app also allows tourers to use their smart phones as their ticket.

• Homes are located across the region, with five new homes located in Edina; four new homes and one remodeled home in Plymouth; two new homes each in North Oaks and Minnetonka; one new and one remodeled home in Minneapolis; one new home each in Chaska, Excelsior, Wayzata, Gem Lake, Woodbury; and one remodeled home each in Buffalo and Afton.

• Architectural integrity and high-level finish quality was assured with an architectural review panel consisting of architects Gabe Keller and Bruce Knutson plus publisher and editor-in-chief of Artful Living Magazine, Frank Roffers.
