The Twin Cities’ premiere high-end home event, the Artisan Home Tour, is set to open for its fall event on Oct. 6. This fall, the tour features 14 incredible new homes open from 12-6 p.m. Fridays – Sundays Oct. 6-22. Plus, six artisan-quality remodeled homes will be open the final weekend, Oct. 20-22.

What is the Artisan Home Tour?

The Artisan Home Tour is a ticketed, scattered-site tour of high-end homes located across the Twin Cities metro area. These luxurious residences have met the minimum standards for price and finish level to participate. Both new homes and remodeled homes are offered on the tour.

Who produces the Artisan Home Tour?

Housing First Minnesota, presenter of the Parade of Homes and Remodelers Showcase®.

When does the Artisan Home Tour occur?

The Artisan Home Tour runs for three long weekends in October. Homes are open Fridays through Sundays from 12-6 p.m. New Artisan homes are open all three weekends; remodeled Artisan homes are open the final weekend only.

Is there a charge to attend the Artisan Home Tour?

Yes, you must have a ticket to tour any of the homes. An all-access ticket allows you to visit all of the homes once and go to one home for a second visit. All-access tickets can be purchased online at ArtisanHomeTour.org, in the Artisan Home Tour app, at one or more retail outlets, and at any of the Artisan homes (purchasing online or through retail outlets includes a discount). Single-home tickets can be purchased at any home for $5. All adults and children six years of age or older are required to have a ticket to enter the homes.

How do I get my ticket when I buy online?

When ordering online at ArtisanHomeTour.org or the app, your ticket will be emailed to you and available for immediate download from the order confirmation page. Print your ticket or show your ticket on your phone when visiting the homes. Be sure to check your spam/junk folder.

Where does the money go from tickets purchased?
Partial proceeds from the Artisan Home Tour help to support the work of the Housing First Minnesota Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization composed of Housing First Minnesota members and supporters who contribute their time, materials and expertise to help the Foundation continue its work building and remodeling safe housing for Minnesota’s homeless, veterans, and others in need.

How can I learn more about the homes?

Visit ArtisanHomeTour.org for complete information about all the builders, remodelers and homes you’ll see on the tour. You can also download the Artisan Home Tour app (free in the app store; available for both Android and Apple) where you can access all the homes or pick up a guidebook with complete home details at select Bachman’s or Kowalski’s locations starting September 18.
