• The Spring Parade of Homes Remodelers Showcase is presented by the professional members of the Builders Association of the Twin Cities (BATC).

• The Remodelers Showcase has been held in the Twin Cities for 28 years.

• The tour runs March 27-29, 2015, with 62 remodeled homes open Friday from 1:00 to 7:00 pm and on Saturday and Sunday from noon to 6:00 pm. A total of 52 professional remodeling firms are participating in the tour.

• All the remodeled homes are free to tour with the exception of one Dream Remodeled Home that requests a $5 donation to the BATC Foundation. The lake-side whole home remodel is located in Chaska by Xpand, Inc., #R20.

• A comprehensive Guidebook includes descriptive information, maps and photos or illustrations of all the remodeling projects, and is available, free of charge, at area Holiday Stationstores.

• Guidebook editorial includes the real remodeling experiences from four homes on the tour (#R43 by Revolution Design and Build; #R37 by w.b. builders; R52 by Mark D. Williams Custom Homes; and #R57 by Crystal Kitchen Center), the BATC Foundation’s most recent projects, and a kitchen style focus.

• Online tour planning can be found at the comprehensive website, www.ParadeofHomes.org. The integrated mobile site at m.ParadeofHomes.org provides all of the same searches in an easy-to-read platform for smart phones and tablets. And a Digital Magazine links to the entire Guidebook online.

• Homes are located in 27 cities across the region, with the most located in Edina (12) and Minneapolis (7).

• Projects range from kitchens (all but five homes have had some work done in the kitchen) additions (18) to bathrooms (22), and whole house remodels (11).
