ROSEVILLE, MINN. (Sept. 2019) — The Fall Remodelers Showcase, presented by BATC-Housing First Minnesota, opens Sept. 27 and offers 67 remodeled homes to tour all across the Twin Cities metro. Homes are open Sept. 27-29 from 12-6 p.m.
- The Parade of Homes Remodelers Showcase is presented by the professional remodeler members of BATC-Housing First Minnesota.
- The Remodelers Showcase has been held in the Twin Cities since 1984, and is a convenient way for homeowners to meet professional remodelers without obligation while seeing real remodeling projects.
- The tour showcases 67 remodeled homes open Sept. 27-29 from 12-6 p.m. A total of 50 professional remodeling firms are participating in the tour.
- All the remodeled homes are free to tour with the exception of four Dream Remodeled Home that have a $5 admission that goes to the BATC-Housing First Minnesota Foundation. This fall’s Dream Remodeled Homes are four stunning remodels #R13 from Mark D. Williams Custom Homes in Excelsior, #R23 from Nor-Son Custom Builders in Hopkins, #R29 from REFINED, LLC in Edina and #R37 from Sustainable 9 Design + Build in Minneapolis.
- A comprehensive guidebook includes descriptive information, direction and photos of all the remodeling projects, and is available, free of charge, at area Holiday Stationstores and in e-magazine form online at ParadeofHomes.org.
- Guidebook editorial includes the real remodeling experiences of three families whose homes are on the tour, an event calendar, remodeling tips and more.
- Online tour planning can be found on the website, ParadeofHomes.org.
- Homes are located in 26 cities across the region, with the most located in Minneapolis (12) and Edina (8).
- Projects range from kitchens (43) to main-level remodels (27) to bathrooms (22) and more. There are home office renovations, bedrooms, decks, theatres and whole-house remodels to offer something for everyone to see.
