ROSEVILLE, MINN. (Sept. 2020) — The Fall Remodelers Showcase, presented by Housing First Minnesota, opens Oct. 2 and offers 43 remodeled homes to tour all across the Twin Cities metro. Homes are open Oct. 2-4 from 12-6 p.m.

  • The Parade of Homes Remodelers Showcase is presented by the professional remodeler members of Housing First Minnesota.
  • The Remodelers Showcase has been held in the Twin Cities since 1984, and is a convenient way for homeowners to meet professional remodelers without obligation while seeing real remodeling projects.
  • Our highest priority remains everyone’s health and well-being, which means things will look a little different when touring homes during this fall’s Remodelers Showcase. Our remodelers have implemented a series of safety precautions to keep visitors safe. All visitors must follow new safety requirements and are encouraged to review the updated safety guidelines at ParadeofHomes.org.
  • The tour showcases 43 remodeled homes open Oct. 2-4 from 12-6 p.m. A total of 32 professional remodeling firms are participating in the tour.
  • All the remodeled homes are free to tour with the exception of two Remodeled Dream Homes that have a $5 admission that goes to the Housing First Minnesota Foundation. This fall’s Remodeled Dream Homes are two stunning remodels #R1 from Awad & Koontz Architects Builders, Inc. in Burnsville and #R24 Sustainable 9 Design + Build in Edina.
  • A comprehensive guidebook includes descriptive information, direction and photos of all the remodeling projects, and is available, free of charge, at area Holiday Stationstores and in e-magazine form online at ParadeofHomes.org.
  • Guidebook editorial includes the real remodeling experiences of Minnesotan families, an event calendar, home design tips and trends, and more.
  • A new Parade of Homes app allows visitors to save favorite remodeled homes, map routes seamlessly, track home features in the Idea Book, and search builders and remodelers. The app is available under Parade of Homes Minnesota in both the App Store and Google Play store.
  • Online tour planning can be found on the website, ParadeofHomes.org.
  • Homes are located in 23 cities across the region, with the most located in Edina (7), Minneapolis (6), and Eden Prairie (4).
  • Projects range from kitchens (30) to bathrooms (20) to additions (13) and more. There are teardowns, decks, home offices and whole-house remodels to offer something for everyone to see.
