ROSEVILLE, MINN. (Feb. 2020) — The Spring Remodelers Showcase, presented by Housing First Minnesota, opens April 3 and offers 50 remodeled homes to tour all across the Twin Cities metro. Homes are open April 3-5 from 12-6 p.m.
- The Parade of Homes Remodelers Showcase is presented by the professional remodeler members of Housing First Minnesota.
- The Remodelers Showcase has been held in the Twin Cities since 1984, and is a convenient way for homeowners to meet professional remodelers without obligation while seeing real remodeling projects.
- The tour showcases 50 remodeled homes open April 3-5 from 12-6 p.m. A total of 41 professional remodeling firms are participating in the tour.
- All the remodeled homes are free to tour with the exception of three Remodeled Dream Homes that have a $5 admission that goes to the Housing First Minnesota Foundation. This spring’s Remodeled Dream Homes are three stunning remodels #R15 from JKath Design Build + Reinvent in Edina, #R16 Sustainable 9 Design + Build in Edina and #R25 from Showcase Renovations, Inc. in Golden Valley.
- A comprehensive guidebook includes descriptive information, direction and photos of all the remodeling projects, and is available, free of charge, at area Holiday Stationstores and in e-magazine form online at ParadeofHomes.org.
- Guidebook editorial includes the real remodeling experiences of Minnesotan families, an event calendar, design tips and more.
- A brand-new Parade of Homes app allows visitors to save favorite remodeled homes, map routes seamlessly, track home features in the Idea Book, and search builders and remodelers. The app is available under Parade of Homes Minnesota in both the App Store and Google Play store.
- Online tour planning can be found on the website, ParadeofHomes.org.
- Homes are located in 22 cities across the region, with the most located in Edina (10), Minneapolis (8), and Bloomington and Eden Prairie (4).
- Projects range from kitchens (41) to bathrooms (26) to main-level remodels (20) and more. There are teardowns, additions, decks, theatres and whole-house remodels to offer something for everyone to see.
