Housing First Minnesota, the state’s leading voice for the housing industry, is pleased to announce the recipients of its coveted spring awards honoring excellence in homebuilding. This spring’s awards include 12 Reggie Awards℠ to homes selected for outstanding design, construction quality and value, and 21 Trillium Awards for industry suppliers who partnered with homebuilders on Reggie Award-winning homes.
Housing First Minnesota’s annual spring awards recognize firms and homes that exemplify the highest standards in the industry as judged during the 2025 Spring Parade of Homes℠.
“These awards celebrate the talent, collaboration and commitment that drive our industry forward,” said James Vagle, CEO of Housing First Minnesota. “Each of our spring award winners demonstrates what’s possible when innovation meets craftsmanship, and we’re proud to showcase their accomplishments.”
Twin Cities homebuyers have recognized the Reggie Award since 1968.
