Housing First Minnesota, the state’s leading voice for the housing industry, is pleased to announce the recipients of its coveted spring awards honoring excellence in homebuilding.
Since 1959, the Reggie Awards have honored the exceptional homes in the Parade of HomesSM by recognizing excellence in design, construction, challenges overcome, and community/industry engagement. The Trillium Awards were established to honor the trade partners for their partnership with builders and remodelers.
This spring’s awards include 11 Reggie Awards and 14 Trillium Awards.
Housing First Minnesota’s annual spring awards recognize firms and homes that exemplify the highest standards in the industry as judged during the 2026 Spring Parade of Homes.
“Our spring awards recognize the creativity, craftsmanship, and hard work that continue to move our industry forward,” said James Vagle, CEO of Housing First Minnesota. “These recipients represent some of the best of homebuilding in Minnesota, and we’re proud to celebrate the teams and individuals raising the bar across Minnesota’s homebuilding industry.”
