Housing First Minnesota’s Political Action Committee (PAC) is proud to endorse 60 candidates for election to the Minnesota Legislature. Housing First Minnesota’s PAC endorsements reflect each candidate’s demonstrated commitment to fostering a vibrant housing market that strengthens communities across our state. These leaders share our goal of expanding opportunities for homeownership for everyone, everywhere.
“Homeownership opportunities and housing affordability remain among the top concerns for Minnesotans,” said James Vagle, CEO of Housing First Minnesota. “As we’ve seen in recent legislative sessions, addressing the unnecessary barriers driving up the cost of housing presents an opportunity for bipartisan collaboration. Without meaningful statewide reforms, Minnesota’s housing shortage will continue to put homeownership out of reach for too many families.”

The endorsement process includes an evaluation of each candidate’s voting record (if applicable), responses to the Housing First Minnesota candidate questionnaire, and demonstrated support for Housing First Minnesota’s policy priorities. Additional endorsements may be considered prior to the general election.
