Background: Homeownership strengthens our communities and provides stability for families. A recent survey showed that 84% of residents believe that owning a home is central to the American Dream, yet homeownership remains at a historic low. The Minnesota Homeownership Initiative advances homeownership at a price Minnesota families can afford.
