The Parade of Homes, presented by the Builders Association of the Twin Cities, will open for touring March 1st, 2014. The tour, in its 66th year, once again welcomes area families looking for new homes, but also anyone interested in seeing the latest trends in home building. As the market has improved, builders are excited to offer new neighborhoods and new designs. A complete Press Kit will be sent shortly.

All the homes are free to tour with the exception of three Dream Homes which benefit the BATC Foundation. The three Dream Homes are:

170 Parade Homes(sm) will also be featured on the Green Path Energy Tour in partnership with by Xcel Energy — with independent energy testing and a MN Green Path Home Performance Report (HPR) that provides easy to understand and compare information (like a new car’s Miles Per Gallon Sticker).
