The Parade of Homes℠, presented by the Builders Association of the Twin Cities, will open for touring February 20, 2016. In its 68th year, the Parade of Homes once again welcomes area families looking for new homes, but also anyone interested in seeing the latest trends in home building, home décor and design, and neighborhoods. Those looking for a glimpse at today’s remodeling opportunities can plan their tour for the final weekend, March 18-20, to see nearly 60 remodeled homes.

What: Spring Parade of Homes℠ featuring 459 new homes and Fall Remodelers Showcase with 58 newly remodeled homes.
When: February 20 through March 20, 2016; open noon to 6pm Thursdays through Sundays. The Remodelers Showcase homes are open March 18 from 1:00 to 7:00 pm and March 19-20 from noon to 6:00 pm.

All the homes are free to tour with the exception of four Artisan Dream Homes and three Artisan Dream Remodeled Homes which benefit the BATC Foundation.
