ROSEVILLE, MINN. (Feb. 2021) — Housing First Minnesota is proud to present the 2021 Spring Parade of Homes. The Twin Cities Parade of Homes continues to be the go-to resource for Twin Cities’ families to see, free of charge, the entire gamut of new homes and neighborhoods available across the region. This spring, there are 358 homes on the tour open 12-6 p.m., Thursdays through Sundays from Feb. 27-March 28, 2021. COVID-19 safety precautions will be taken at each home to ensure the experience is safe for all.

Area families are encouraged to experience the value and benefits of new homes and neighborhoods all across the spectrum of price, style and location during the tour. They’ll also get to see the latest in home features, finishes, products and colors for those who just love to see what’s new in home design and décor. All the homes are free to tour, with the exception of four Dream Homes where you’ll be asked to pay a $5 admission. Proceeds from the Dream Homes go to the Housing First Minnesota Foundation to help them build and remodel homes for Minnesotans in need.

Tour Features the Housing First Network’s Homeownership is all of it Campaign

This year’s Parade of Homes features the Housing First Network’s Homeownership is all of it campaign with the goal to help impact attainability and affordability of homeownership in Minnesota. The Parade of Homes has a proud history presenting the premier homeownership event in Minnesota. We have welcomed Minnesotans to celebrate homeownership for decades and watched our region grow.

Today we find ourselves in a moment of critical importance as we think about those left out of our housing market. This moment calls us to prioritize the cause of homeownership and to inspire Minnesotans to take action.

Signage will be featured throughout the tour directing visitors to HomeownershipMN.org to learn more about lifting barriers to homeownership in the state and encouraging visitors to engage with the campaign on social.
