Tour over 380 homes across the Twin Cities metro area

Housing First Minnesota proudly presents the 2024 Spring Parade of Homes. For over 75 years, the Twin Cities Parade of Homes has been the go-to resource for Twin Cities’ families to discover, free of charge, the wide range of homes and neighborhoods available across the metro. This spring, 386 homes on the tour will be open 12-6 p.m., Fridays through Sundays from March 8-April 7.

The Spring Parade of Homes will not be open for touring on Sunday, March 31.

During the tour, area homebuyers are encouraged to experience the value and benefits of new homes and neighborhoods across the price, style and location spectrum. They’ll also get to see the latest home features, finishes, products and colors for those who love to see what’s new in home design and décor.

Six Dream Homes Featured on this Spring’s Tour

All the homes are free to tour, except for the six Dream Homes where you’ll be asked to pay a $5 admission. Proceeds from the Dream Homes go to the Housing First Minnesota Foundation to help build and remodel homes for Minnesotans in need.
