Housing First Minnesota proudly presents the 2024 Fall Parade of Homes. With over 75 years of legacy in the metro area, the Twin Cities Parade of Homes has been the go-to resource for Twin Cities’ families to discover, free of charge, the wide range of homes and neighborhoods. This fall, 335 homes on the tour will be open 12-6 p.m., Fridays through Sundays from September 6-29.
During the tour, local homebuyers are invited to explore the value and benefits of new homes and neighborhoods, offering a wide range of prices, styles, and locations. They’ll also have the opportunity to discover the latest trends in home features, finishes, products, and colors—perfect for those who enjoy staying up-to-date with the newest in home design and décor.
Three Dream Homes Featured on this Fall’s Tour
All the homes are free to tour, except for the three Dream Homes where you’ll be asked to pay a $5 admission at the door. Dream Home admission is cashless this tour. Proceeds from the Dream Homes go to the Housing First Minnesota Foundation to help build and remodel homes for Minnesotans in need.
Brand-New App Launched
Introducing our newest addition to the Parade of Homes experience: our newly launched app, designed to streamline and elevate the home tour experience. This innovative app offers an intuitive interface, allowing users to effortlessly navigate between home searches, tour plans, and photo galleries — all at their fingertips. Available in for Apple and Android devices, the app makes exploring the Parade of Homes a breeze.
Special Partnership with Local Animal Rescue
More than half of current homebuyers own a pet. For the fall tour, the Parade of Homes is proud to partner with The Bond Between, the largest animal rescue in Minnesota, to celebrate the pets in our life and how to incorporate them into homebuying and design decisions. From pet washing stations to neighborhood dog parks, there is something for every furry friend to enjoy.
The cover of this fall’s guidebook features The Bond Between’s founder and executive director, Rachel Mairose, with a dog recently adopted through the organization.
