Housing First Minnesota is proud to present the 2025 Fall Parade of Homes & Remodelers Showcase. The Fall Parade of Homes will run Fridays through Sundays, September 5-28.

This year’s tour features 317 new homes across the Twin Cities and Rochester metro areas, including four Dream Homes, to inspire homebuyers and owners alike in a celebration of community, creativity and the endless possibilities of home.

The Fall Parade of Homes features homes built by 76 builder companies in 76 cities across the Twin Cities metro area plus Rochester. The home prices on the tour range from $299,900 to over $3 million.

For tour-goers looking for inspiration to refresh their current spaces, the Remodelers Showcase will be open on the final weekend of the tour, Sept. 26-28. It will feature 32 home transformations, including one remodeled Dream Home in Excelsior.

All homes are free to tour, except for the five Dream Homes, which require a $7 admission fee at the door. Proceeds from Dream Home admission go to the Housing First Minnesota Foundation to help build homes for Minnesotans in need.

Among this fall’s lineup of Dream Homes are two special opportunities for attendees to tour for a cause:

Veteran Village
Developed with deep gratitude for our nation’s veterans, Veteran Village in Eagan is a first-of-its-kind community. Through a partnership between the Housing First Minnesota Foundation, Lennar, the Lennar Foundation, and the Minnesota Assistance Council for Veterans, the completed project will include 22 homes and serve up to 36 veterans experiencing homelessness. Tour-goers will have the chance to tour the first completed units and learn more about how this project will impact those it serves.

St. Jude Dream Home® Showplace
Also open for tours during the fall tour is Minnesota’s first-ever St. Jude Dream Home® Showplace, built by Hanson Builders in Maple Grove. This stunning home has an impact that goes far beyond its walls. Every dollar from the eventual sale of this home will be donated to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital® to support its mission to treat and cure childhood cancer.

Tourgoers can plan out their route, take notes on their favorite features, and more with the new Parade of Homes app – available now in the App Store and Google Play.
