The Parade of Homes, presented by Housing First Minnesota, returns this fall to continue its tradition of providing Minnesotans with the chance to come together, explore local neighborhoods, and discover the many ways that home connects us all.
The Fall Parade of Homes will run Fridays through Sundays from Sept. 11 to Oct. 4 in the Twin Cities metro and Sept. 18 to Oct. 4 in the Rochester area.
This fall’s tour features over 270 homes built by 87 builder companies in the Twin Cities and Rochester. Home prices on the fall tour range from $325,000 to $3.7 million.
Homes in 77 Cities
This fall, the Parade of Homes invites visitors to explore new homes in 77 cities across the Twin Cities metro and Rochester area, showcasing the region’s range of housing options, innovative design, and craftsmanship.
From growing suburban communities to established neighborhoods, the tour offers tourgoers a firsthand look at the latest in home design, building trends, and new community features.
Two Dream Homes Featured
All homes on the fall tour are free to explore, except for the two Dream Homes, which require a $7 admission fee at the door.
The Twin Cities Dream Home, built by Hartman Homes, is located in Mahtomedi on the shores of White Bear Lake. The Rochester Dream Home, built by R. Fleming Construction, is located in Rochester’s Century Valley neighborhood.
Proceeds from Dream Home admissions support the Housing First Minnesota Foundation‘s mission of building homes for Minnesotans experiencing homelessness.
Remodelers Showcase the Final Weekend
During the final weekend of the fall tour, the Remodelers Showcase will open the doors to 24 home transformations in the Twin Cities and Rochester metro areas.
From stunning kitchen and bath renovations and thoughtfully designed additions to whole-home transformations and outdoor living spaces, the event highlights the creativity, craftsmanship, and expertise of Minnesota’s professional remodelers.
Whether planning a future renovation or simply looking for inspiration, attendees can explore innovative design solutions and discover what’s possible in homes of every style and age.
