The Parade of Homes, presented by Housing First Minnesota, returns this spring to continue its tradition of providing Minnesotans with the chance to come together, explore local neighborhoods, and discover the many ways that home connects us all. The Spring Parade of Homes will run Fridays through Sundays from March 13 through April 12.
The spring tour features over 300 homes built by 100 builder companies in 83 cities across the Twin Cities metro area and Rochester. The home prices on the tour range from $319,000 to $6.5 million.
The Parade of Homes Officially Debuts in Rochester
The Parade of Homes is pleased to announce its official expansion into the Rochester market. This growth will allow more Minnesotans to explore and get connected with homeownership opportunities in their communities. Discover an impressive collection of 26 stunning homes showcased throughout the Rochester area.
Dedicated guidebooks for the 26 stunning homes showcased are available at Circle K locations in the Rochester metro area.
Seven Dream Homes Featured
All homes are free to tour, except for the seven Dream Homes, which require a $7 admission fee at the door. Proceeds from Dream Home admissions support the Housing First Minnesota Foundation‘s mission of building homes for Minnesotans experiencing homelessness.
Remodelers Showcase the Final Weekend
During the final weekend, tourgoers seeking inspiration to refresh their current spaces can explore the Remodelers Showcase. It will feature 36 home transformations in the Twin Cities and Rochester metro areas.
