Housing First Minnesota, the state’s leading voice for the housing industry, is pleased to announce the recipients of its coveted spring awards honoring excellence in homebuilding. This spring’s awards include 21 Reggie Awards℠ for homes selected for outstanding design, construction quality and value, and 45 Trillium Awards for industry suppliers who partnered with homebuilders on Reggie Award-winning homes. Schwieters Companies, Inc. led the pack earning seven spring Trillium Awards.
Housing First Minnesota’s annual spring awards recognize firms and homes that exemplify the highest standards in the industry as judged by their peers during the 2023 Spring Parade of Homes℠.
“The Spring Parade of Homes has a long tradition of showcasing the stunning work of Twin Cities builders, suppliers and tradespeople,” said James Vagle, CEO of Housing First Minnesota. “The Reggie Awards and Trillium Awards recognize those in the tour who go above and beyond to create beautiful spaces for families to call home.”
The Reggie Award has been recognized by Twin Cities’ home buyers since its inception in 1968.
